Shipping and digital delivery

Scrollwalk is a digital software service operated by Shyaam Niranjan in India. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Delivery of digital services
After a successful payment is confirmed, access to the purchased Scrollwalk plan, listing credits, add-ons or other digital services is provided through the customer’s Scrollwalk account, according to the plan purchased.
Some features, including video processing and listing publication, may need additional processing time after purchase. You can keep working in your account while that runs, and we email you when a walkthrough is ready to preview.
Delivery issues
If a purchased service or entitlement is not available within one hour of payment confirmation, email [email protected] with your account email and the payment date. We will investigate and work to resolve it promptly.
Shipping charges
No physical shipping or delivery charges apply, because Scrollwalk provides digital services only.
