No. Your plan sets how many listings can be active at the same time. Renewing keeps those listings live; it doesn’t add more. When a home sells, mark it sold and it stops counting, which frees a place for your next listing.
Add an extra listing for a one-off $9 (₹399). Your renewal price stays the same, and the extra listing stays live for as long as your plan is active. You can add as many extras as your plan’s own allowance; past that, upgrading is better value.
One listing page for a single payment of $15 (₹699), live for 90 days or until you mark it sold. You can extend it if the home needs longer. It doesn’t include an agency website or team features.
The website is a $9 a month (₹499) add-on for individual plans, billed with your plan, and it’s included in every Team plan. Without it, scrollwalk.com/your-name shows a simple page with your name, contact details and live listings.
Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds and cancellation explains the details.
Prices are in Indian rupees for customers in India and in US dollars everywhere else. Taxes such as GST are added where they apply.
