Terms of Service
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms apply when you use scrollwalk.com, join the Scrollwalk waitlist or use the Scrollwalk service. Scrollwalk is operated by Shyaam Niranjan, an individual based in India (“Scrollwalk”, “we”, “us”). By using Scrollwalk you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Scrollwalk lets you turn walkthrough videos and listing details into property pages with scroll-controlled walkthroughs, and, on some plans, an agency website. Features, plans and limits are described on our pricing page. Before public launch, access is offered to waitlist members as pre-launch access, which may change as we improve the service. Pre-launch access and its free listings are free of charge and need no payment details. Paid plans begin at public launch on 31 October 2026.
2. Who can use Scrollwalk
Subscription plans are for businesses and professionals, such as real estate agents, teams and agencies. The one-off listing can also be bought by individuals selling or letting their own property. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it.
3. Plans, billing and renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until you cancel. Annual plans are priced at ten times the monthly price.
- Plans limit how many listings can be active at the same time. Sold listings don’t count towards the limit. Deleting a listing frees its place.
- Extra listings are one-off purchases that add one active listing beyond your plan’s limit for as long as your subscription stays active. An extra listing ends if you delete that listing.
- The agency website is a monthly or annual add-on for individual plans and is included in Team plans.
- The one-off listing is a single payment for one listing page that stays live for 90 days from publishing, or until you mark it sold. You can extend it for a further fee.
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees for customers in India and in US dollars elsewhere, and exclude taxes, which are added where they apply. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments are non-refundable except as set out in our Refunds and cancellation policy or where the law requires a refund.
5. When a subscription ends
If a subscription ends or a payment fails, your website and listings stay live for a 30-day grace period, during which you can’t create new listings. After that, public pages show a “temporarily unavailable” page and your account becomes read-only. You can download your content throughout. Six months after a subscription ends, we may permanently delete the account and its content, after warning you by email 30 days and 7 days before. Subscribing again before deletion restores everything at the same addresses.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or write, including videos, photos, floor plans and text. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and distribute that content only as needed to run Scrollwalk for you, including publishing the pages you choose to publish. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content, including permission from property owners and anyone who appears in it.
7. Accuracy and local rules
You’re responsible for your listings being accurate and for meeting the laws and professional rules that apply to you, including licensing, disclosure, fair housing and advertising rules. AI-drafted text is a starting point: review and edit it before you publish. Scrollwalk provides fields for common disclosures but doesn’t give legal advice.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t use Scrollwalk to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, infringing or harmful; to send spam; to collect buyers’ data for unrelated purposes; or to interfere with the service or other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, and we act on reports from the “Report this listing” link on public pages.
9. Buyers’ enquiries
Enquiries and viewing requests from your pages are sent to you. You’re responsible for handling buyers’ personal data lawfully. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Scrollwalk available and secure but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you’ve paid for, we’ll tell you in advance.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Scrollwalk is provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, sales or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
