Scrollwalk makes listing pages buyers can walk through, from nothing more than a phone video.
Who runs Scrollwalk
Scrollwalk is built and operated by Shyaam Niranjan, an independent founder based in India. There’s no large company behind it, and when you write to [email protected], the founder reads it.
Why it exists
Many buyers first see a home on a phone, in a feed or a chat. Photos rarely show what it’s like to walk in, a video on a timer moves at someone else’s pace, and a 3D tour needs equipment many agents don’t have. Scrollwalk sits in between: the agent films one walk through the home, and the buyer controls it by scrolling, on a page that carries the agent’s name and makes it easy to enquire.
How we build it
- Your content stays yours. You own your videos, photos and text, and you can download everything at any time.
- Only text goes to AI. Listing copy is drafted from text details. Photos, videos, names and contact details are never sent.
- Nothing publishes by itself. A listing goes live only when you publish it.
- No advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we don’t sell personal data.
- Each customer’s data is kept separate from every other customer’s at the database level.
Where Scrollwalk is today
Scrollwalk is in pre-launch. Waitlist members get access from 23 October 2026 with 3 free listings, and Scrollwalk opens to the public with paid plans on 31 October 2026. It’s built for agents anywhere, with India and US-dollar markets first.
Because Scrollwalk is new, there are no customer reviews or case studies on this site yet, and we won’t invent any. If you’d like your listings to be among the first case studies, mention it when you join the waitlist or email us.
