# Scrollwalk

> Scrollwalk is a listing platform for real estate agents, teams and owners selling their own home. It turns a single walkthrough video filmed on a phone into a scroll-controlled walkthrough on a branded property page: as the buyer scrolls, they walk through the home at their own pace. Each page includes AI-drafted listing text, captions along the walkthrough, a photo gallery, floor plans, an enquiry form, private viewing requests, WhatsApp contact and analytics.

Scrollwalk is in pre-launch. Pre-launch access opens on 23 October 2026 for everyone on the waitlist, with 3 free listings, each live for 60 days after it is published. Pre-launch access is free and needs no card. Scrollwalk launches publicly on 31 October 2026, when paid plans start.

- Individual, 5 active listings: $19/month (₹999)
- Individual, 15 active listings: $39/month (₹1,999)
- Individual, 25 active listings: $59/month (₹2,999)
- Team, 5 users and 30 active listings: $99/month (₹4,999), agency website included
- Team, 10 users and 60 active listings: $179/month (₹8,999), agency website included

- Extra listing add-on: $9 once (₹399), one more active listing without changing the renewal price

## How Scrollwalk compares to Matterport and 3D tours

Matterport and similar 3D tours create a measurable 3D model that buyers click through, usually captured with a 3D or 360° camera. Scrollwalk uses an ordinary phone video and lets buyers move through it by scrolling, along the route the agent filmed, on a complete listing page with enquiries built in. Choose a 3D tour when buyers need measurements or free exploration; choose Scrollwalk for cinematic, phone-first listing pages that are shared on Instagram, WhatsApp and in direct messages, made the same day without special equipment. The two can be used together.
